Maxine, to upload a pic you need to scroll down this page a bit and 'go advanced' (rather than just 'quick reply'), that'll take you to another page and if you scroll down a little you'll see 'manage attachments' - click on that and it'll bring up prompts for you to follow. Any problems PM me and I'll try and do a clearer set of instructions for you
