Mine's here too. Love the bit about interactive pages as I've been doing quite a few of those lately.

Count your blessings subscribers! I have to wait a whole working week before I can get my hands on the new issue. I ended up buying another scrapbook magazine this morning and am seriously disappointed in myself that yet again I've bought it, knowing that I'll probably only find 10 minutes worth of reading.

Got mine too. Haven't had chance to read it yet! Been out helping Dad all day and now hubby is in the kitchen chatting with one of his friends and they've been in there for hours. I've been banished to the room with the dog. And guess where I left my SI mag? In the kitchen. I cannot let go of the dog though. Or hubbies friend will be mincemeat. Lol.

I haven't got mine yet. What are the themes for the Reader's Gallery and the deadline please?

    Doh!

Rosie and I had worked out adding the video and PDF of instructions for my paper bag book tomorrow then all the subs came out early and what it says in the mag about the PDF being available to not yet correct!

OK, so let me preface this by saying that it isn't a video so much as a slide show - Maddie had been playing with the camera and accidentally set it to MACRO mode, which I didn't realize till I had already sent the book off to the mag for photography. By the time I uploaded it to edit (very fuzzy!) it was too late to do anything else. She took the camera with her over Easter on her pilgrimage to Lourdes

So here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3OsQcAM_jM

You can pause it to see the steps at your own pace, and the PDF will be at the link on the SI blog from tomorrow so if anyone is interested in re-creating it you should have all you need. Do click the "more info" bit in the description, which has the link to the blog as well as a link to the page at Martha Stewart's site where you can download the fan chart if you want it.

I am happy to answer any questions if you have them but I hope it is pretty clear.

I have made two or three "different" PBBs recently and am loving re-discovering and updating this old technique. If any sponsors still sell PBs, do post here to let people know in case anyone wants some.

Fair warning - there is music, although it SHOULD be pretty soft - still, you may want to make sure your sound is not up too high if you really, REALLY hate bluegrass music (although it is more mellow, waltz-y bluegrass, and my FIL's band)

How many pages? I did notice last month that there seemed to be less in the sketch and reader gallery sections

There's 98 pages which is exactly the same as for each issue over the last 6 months. There's still the same amount of adverts pages at the back ...just 4 so the contents isn't actually " thinner" IYKWIM. I didn't think it was any thinner to be honest, just like it always is ! There's 12 pages in the readers gallery this month against 10 last month.

Just watched the clip on You Tube, love the idea Mary Anne, does any one know where I can get some paper bags from please? I feel some albums coming on!

Also LOVED the music, lovely and relaxing, could do with some more of that.
