I've been using the Internet all day on and off and had no problems in the last hour I keep getting this message, is anyone else having problems?

I've using XP and IE7.

Sorry Lucille, I haven't had a problem but i'm using Vista. Hope you get it sorted

Lucille, I had a quick search about your message and I would say it is a web site problem, not yours. It seems to be associated with when you input info into a form and the server at the other end has a problem. Very techy!!

It has stopped as suddenly as it started, typical I'm sure they do it on purpose to drive everyone mad, but at least it made me get round to some serious updating.

I'm getting this message on the Pergamano web site tonight!

Like Jill says it's a website problem, and in the case of this particular site it is definitely a (Microsoft) web server and database related problem. A lot of websites have "dynamic" pages: they pull the information from various sources to build the page when a visitor requests /links to it. So it is actually searching the Pergamano (products) database to display the relevant pages, and having some sort of problem with either retrieving or displaying the information. It should go away when their webmaster gets his act together...

I had a virus on my computer and had to wipe everything and start again. I have been trying to download the information regarding the Design Master software but can't seem to find what I want. I have the CD but you had to download a seperate section to get it to work. Any ideas?

I don't have Designmaster but don't you need a separate file or code to be able to use it. I think from what I've read on here that you will need to contact Graphtec (01978666700) if you don't have the one they sent you originally

Yesterday I upgraded to IE 8 and having problems with it. How do I revert to IE7?

Thank you Lucille. I have now got rid of IE8 and reverted to 7

IE 8 was stopping me accessing a site that I use - PanosFX - for photgraphy and PSElements. As soon as I reverted to 7, not a problem

I have had to reinstall everything on computer. Fonts I had before (not downloaded ones) have now done a dissappearing act

I had Calligraphic Ornaments/Diversities and Christmas type ornaments. Any ideas?
