I've got a prize sorted for this month. As we're heading into Spring I went for a Spring theme, lots of pretty Basic Grey papers, plenty of blossoms and some co-ordinating embellies. Plenty of card blanks and envelopes in this one too 5 each of 6x6 square in white and C6 in cream with matching envelopes......
Leo - that's all so pretty! I've made my card for this challenge, but can't upload till Wednesday, as I won't be able to take a photo in daylight before then ....
My DH volunteered to go into work on Valentine's Day (Strike one) and took my card in before I could snap it (Strike two)... so if he doesn't bring it home by Thursday to photograph...!

I've only just discovered this thread. Here's the card I have made for my DH for our anniversary this weekend - not a 'true' anniversary, as it is really on 29th February, so only comes once every four years!
Perfect choice for this month - just when I was making this. They have been married for 12½ years - not sure what you call that - but in Denmark it is celebrated as a Copper-weddingday.
This is my take on a Happy Anniversary card - showing how love changes from the red/pink "I do" on the day - to the larger - more sturdy heart with a few bumps and boo-boos showing - but still with a romantic centre. If only more people would remember that the love you feel for your spouse might not be the breathtaking feeling you had for the first few months - but a much deeper and serious feeling of living with your soulmate.
mies_kobberbryllupskort_til_M&S.jpgMy DD2 made this using red and pink cardstock with American Crafts Romance paper, ribbon and ricrac to match. Diecuts are Sizzix brush heart and letters Girls are Weird. Copper stickles used to make the circle dots.
I made a card with a loose interpretation, using the colour red. I inked a background onto glossy card with distress inks, then layered up bits and pieces - mainly scraps. I used a few flower outline peeloffs, and coloured the happy birthday peel-off with metallic marker. The bling was added, with gems and stickles - it feels like an Indian summer to me!
Hi, I am just starting to make cards... I am a scrapbooker with lots of beautiful scraps and way too much stash... I must admit I am enjoying it... here is my offering for you February challenge...
Kim - that's what I've done, too - I use all my scraps. They are very satisfying to use up, too. I love finishing off a piece of paper and using it all up properly! I can't bear to see girls throwing out stuff at crops - I think of all the cards that could be made.
He finally remembered... is now trying to convince me he brought it last night but forgot it was in his suit
It's a small card, so he can keep it with him always (although not done so well so far )
(Apologies for the blurry pic, taken on fixed focus camera)
