robo not cutting

help!! my robo wont cut ,in fact the cut symbol is grey ,,,whats gone wrong it was working ok until stupidly decided to upgrade to a different version..now i cant do a thing with it........regards ,,,,joie

Sounds like its still got memory from the last job Go to your printer settings and cancel the document

That's normally the problem if it's greyed out then it should work again for you
