    This country is going down the pan rapidly - talk about a nanny state. Kids need some dirt and germs to boost their immunity so they don't keep getting ill. Kids today are kept too clean and strerile. PLaying with loo rolls and egg boxes never did me any harm.

    I totally agree Jo... I even survived picking chewing gum off pavements and re-chewing it (I am not advising this... the crunchy gravel bits are not nice)!!!

    Ewww I picked up sweets off the pavementand ate them but never re-chewed chewing gum

    I'll have you all know that I can now afford to buy my chewing gum.... so have no use for the secondhand sort anymore.... (in a snotty posh sort of voice)!!
