Question

Hi all! I have a question about my Craft Robo (older version - blue). I downloaded a free cutting file. When I try to open the file I get a message that says - The file is outside the range of the paper size that can be drawn up. What do I need to do so that I can open the file?

I know that in the past with the older software I could open extra large files. I was able to zoom way out and resize the file. But it seems with the 2.4 software I can't get it to open the file at all. I love the newer software and I am sure there is just some little trick that I am missing. Thanks for any help with this.

If you look further down this forum, look under "File size", someone else had the same problem, and, as always, a solution was given.
