Yes Monica is a UKS sponsor, so may be she would be able to start the SU SG group? She's at the GoGo weekend at the moment though.

What is involved in starting / running a group? If its not much I would hapily start a Stamping Bella one ...

Also being a little dense - what will be the difference between the content of the social group and the threads on the stash forums? Does it mean pictures only on the stash forum and all comments / chatter on the social group?

The SGs are for ongoing chatty discussions about specific stamp lines, etc. If you have a look at the current SGs that should provide an idea of what they're like.

The threads in the stash forum will be for sharing projects using those specific lines, so it's very easy for people to go find and look at inspiration for the stash and stamps they have without projects being lost among loads of chatty posts. You can all definitely still post feedback comments in those threads about the projects created and it'd be great if users could post what they used for their projects too when uploading.

Hopefully it'll all become clearer when we get the new set-up up and running.

As long as it is limited to proper chat, and there is absolutely no posts of the "I'm a demonstrator" "I'm doing a party" posting, and no links to the SU site or retail (where/how to buy) that should be fine. Totally OK for fans of the stamps to share cards they made or discuss techniques.

And that would apply to all the non-sponsor SG chats about stamp manufacturers. I think this is akin to the Monthly Kits stuff - people can chat about it, the name can be mentioned, but no links, the owners can't post in there, and there can be no aspect of selling allowed.

Hello everybody, I ve been away to the Gogo Getaway this weekend and only just seen this, H Cal I would be absoluetly delighted for you to be in charge of the *SU SG*( that sounds a bit dodgy dosent it?

) I d probably mess it up anyway as I don t quite understand it yet
