    Yep - that's how I do mine - works every time for me (just need to tweak them a bit to get them looking really good but once you've mastered it, you'll never look back...Honestly!!)

    A trick I was shown for tying ribbons, if you are doing several eg along the edge of a card, and you want the ends to face the same way i.e. in line or across the ribbon is that when you make the first wrap pull it at 90 degrees to the way you want the ends to lie, then when you make the second wrap and pull they will be (more or less) in the direction you want. Dead simple but it works.

    I have had a ribbon maker for years, but it is more of a size for parcel ribbons, wouldn't make bows small enough for cards or LOs, I don't think. (I haven't looked at it in a couple of years LOL!)
