"Perfect Pearls" advice

Hi

I bought some perfect pearls powders ages ago, I liked the colours. I've been tidying up and have just found them again. Has anybody used them? I don't really know what to do with them. I've tried using them with a stamped images, brushing them over the stamped images but the colour seems to catch everwhere else. I've also tried using them with water and I didn't like that much.

I'd be grateful for any ideas!!!

I have "inked" a circle with an embossing ink pad, and embossed it 3 times with ultra thick embossing powder, on the third time whilst it is still hot I stamp into the embossing powder with a circular flower stamp, when this cools I have brushed perfect pearls into the imprint to make it show up a bit more..... IYKWIM.
