lift away - I am trying to use them up before they go out of fashion!! Now there's a warning for everyone who is hanging on to them.... cut them up and use them!! Just making a book from the All Dressed Up stack for DS... not sure he is going to be super-impressed with all the glitter but they are lovely papers!!
Annette There are no mistakes in crafting... just opportunities for more embellishments!
Okay...as promised, here are my pages. The wedding ones are deliberately left very plain and took hardly any time to do. I cut around the climbing plant around the window to frame the photo a little. The journalling was done by computer onto more paper from the stack, with a pirate font from dafont.
The pirate pages are a little more emellished, but not much. Skulls and lettering cut with my Craft Robo. I've cut into the pages to slide photos under the 'rolls' of the scroll. Journalling , as before.
Shucks, thanks for the compliments girls. I wouldn't have posted them if you hadn't asked as I feel such a fraud...I've really done sooooo little to these papers, especially the wedding ones. It's funny how so many of us have struggled to cut into them as they are so heavily patterned, and they are certainly very different from the sort of pps I usually use.
I've seen Voodoo Vixen's mini book IRL and it is absolutely wonderful and very tactile.
