The font is just the basic Script font that we all have, the flower came from lpflower 2 (capital a)

Thank you Winnie for Julys challenge and for all the lovely templates that have once again been added for us all to use.. Free of course
I thought long and hard for months about what shall I do for August bearing in mind we have templates for nearly every occasion and more............. But we don't have alot for the occasion of Sympathy.
Sometime in all our lifetimes we lose someone very dear to our hearts and we find it difficult to find the right card for this very sad occasion..
So I have made the August Challenge for all Sympathy related cards, toppers, keepsakes or what ever you would like to make with Sympathy in Mind for your design.
I did look through the template section to see what we did not have enough of and yes we have some beautiful templates but not enough to choose from for Sympathy..
So with that all said I have made a design for you to start the ball rolling,
Special thanks to Jan for cutting and assembling for me..
Here's a simple one from me. I was going to add the cross that's laying down but decided on the the centre cut out piece and used the cuttlebug swiss dots folder on it. The cross laying down has been included so you can choose whichever you like (that's if anyone can use it of course)
Lovely cards Doreen and Sandra. I agree with Lucille that simple is best for sympathy cards so here is the idea I had. The font is Fontleroy Brown and the rose is the letter R from More Roses
Thank you Tina for setting this month's challenge, and to all for the marvellous templates uploaded so far.
I have designed this simple line art meadow card that I hope will be useful. I cut the flowers and sentiment from pearlised paper but if you prefer they could be drawn and filled in by hand.
This is an extremely simple card with ribbon slots cut to fit half inch wide ribbon. The 'Sympathy' text should be draw with the pen tool first before sending to cut.
Here's my aperture card for the challenge although the topper could be used separately. Have included the backing paper which I made from a photo I took of the flower in case it's of any use.
