its most annoying, I want to send the package back signed for.. and they can't afford to pay the $23.

they think I can send it back for $11.

lots of hassel, sending it back then waiting for the correct item. already waited 10 days for the wrong one..

    any suggestions?

Take the matter up with Paypal - you have not received the goods that you ordered so the cost of return is up to the seller to bear as it is their mistake. Lodge a dispute and tell the seller you will be doing so, it's down to them to ensure you get the correct goods at no extra cost to yourself. If they don't fulfil their obligation you can then escalate the dispute to request a refund.

Under Paypal's rules, they only accept a trackable method of posting (I would imagine that applies to returns as well as original sending) - so tell them that in order to comply with paypal they have to pay up for signed for.

Otherwise Paypal will just refund all of your money to you whether you return them or not as they won't be able to provide proof of delivery of the correct item.

morning, This is the email I had this morning

I don't have any of the pencils left right now, but if you don't want the item that I sent you, just return it and I will refund your money. Please check into seeing what the cheapest shipping cost is to Kaukauna, Wi 54130
it should cost $11 including a tracking number to verify the delivery. I don't want to pay more than I did to ship them there.

I have replied asking to to refund me the money I have paid and also to give me $15 that it will cost to send back to her.. with the time difference will have to wait till later now

    thanks for all your replies

    evening,
    thanks again

I have now opened a dispute... see what happens...

she says she wont refund till she gets the item bacxk. unopened and in perfect condition, like it was when sent...

so i feel a dispute is probably the best way for this to go.
    havn't done this before,
