My sizzix is dead :(

It cracked a couple of weeks ago when using it and today it has snapped in half, I do love my little sizzix
Thing is it happenned before too,only that was my mums machine I had borrowed, it has me wondering now if this is a common fault, I have had it a few years but I thought they had a lifetime guarentee? Has this happenned to anyone else?

thought the guarantee was only 12 months

mines fine -- yet. but not worked it too hard as it wouldn't cut sizzlets with the converter (had to get a sidekick for them), and I've since upgraded to a Big Shot

Oh My Gosh!!!!

My sidekick is doing rather odd things at the moment, so I fear it may be on its way out, but I've had a good few years use of out it. I'll miss it when it finally does go

I managed to snap some cutting plates in two, but that is something else!!!!

I did that to my sizzix as well.....Paul did talk about getting his dad to fix it to a big board etc, but I just got the big Ellison Prestige instead....
