Making Cards/Mini Books Craft Items for a Charity to Sell
Hi,
I would like to make some cards/mini books etc for a charity to sell. I have loads of stash and would like to make good use of it. Does anyone have any ideas who/where I could send them to and if anyone would really want them.
Thanks

DoCrafts are running their cards for Marie Curie again, just go into your loca docraft suppliers and they have envelopes to put them in and they then sell each card for a pound. Alternatively why not just offer them to your local charity shop or hospital.

Tara: there's an American charity which helps children with long-term and life-threatening illnesses scrapbook about their illnesses - it's really good therapy. Am looking into seeing how much would be involved in doing that for our local Children's Hospital. Is there one near you? That might be an idea along with the cards for Marie Curie.

Sanctuary offered to all raffes
Barnardos used to do a thing for terminally ill parents leaving a memeory book for the kids - they may still do it. A mini book with prompts for details to be filled in might make that sort of thing easier for a dying parent to make - it must be such an emotional thing

Oh thank you so much for your responses. Must make a start on some cards so I can start sending them off.
