Smudging my ink...
Ok.. I have purchased Prismas and Sansodor but all my images are smudging..
Whenever I try to blend the ink smudges into the picture..
I am using Versacolor... but think I may need something else.. and I know that the same will happen if I use my Stazon.. so please.. can someone tell me what I can use that won't ruin my images..

Happy scrapping in Hampshire
Versacolour is a pigment ink pad, which is designed to be slow drying to be embossed. It needs to be covered with embossing powder and heated with a heat gun before you can colour the images without smudging.
I don't know what Prismas and Sansodor are, so I don't know if they will smudge an image made with stazon.

I don't have too many problems with smudging when using Stazon and colouring with prismas + zest-it or sansodor. However, I am finding that the Hybrid Palette ink in Noir is actually much better - it needs to be heatset, but no smudging whatsoever.
I haven't tried Versacolour, but it may be that when heat set it behaves better, if you haven't already tried that.

You need a dye ink, ie. Stazon, Memories, Arhical Ink etc.

Staz-on is a solvent based ink - Sansodor is a solvent so will react with it.
I standard dye bsed ink works best.

I gound Stazon smudges when the prisma pencil goes over it!!! pain in the butt but lesson learned, I'm getting on great with the Stazon and both Sansodor & Zest-it now my paper was wrong

Stazon works perfect for me with Prismas and Sansodour, never had a problem with smudging.
