Hi all, I am not a cardmaker, artist or stamper, but fell head over heels with Nellies. I blame Tracey!!!!!!!!!!

I have now made 20 cards but need to ask some questions please:

1 Do I need to put a paper insert in the cards?
2 What do you charge for a card?
3 Mine are for a Charity close to my heart.

I dont always put inserts into my cards but i prefer to... i personally feel they look better that way,

i charge £1 for my cards (only because i buy cards and envalopes in bulk and feel this is fair for me.. others charge £1.25-£2.....

I know you have already offered the nellie away.... but if you havent agreed to it... given the offers of stamped images for the love of it... why dont you keep her and use her in cards later... to make some more money for charity..

I couldnt bear to give away any of my nellies but have happilly stamped out 50 images for other UKS girls to use..... am willing to help you too if you need it....

Just some random thoughts.... i have started to raise money for the Childrens Chronic Arthritis Association.... so thats where my card money will be going....

You ladies have inspired me. i have succumed and ordered some nellies. its also a good excuse to practise my colouring skills

one question though. i have a gorgeous set of fabercastelle polychromos pencils. are these similar to the prismacolor pencils you are all raving about?

I am not sure about the pencils Donna, I waited 6 weeks + for a set to arrive from USA to find they were not the right ones. Give youra a try and see how they work, not point buying more if they work fine.
