My Nellies all arrived this morning - now I just need time to have a play with them. Hopefully will find some 'me' time before the weekend is over...

Claire those are gorgeous..... what do you use to colour them with? i am wondering what will make my nellies as pretty as yours are... i tried DDs pents and pencils but i think i really need to invest in something a little higher quality lol

Aww thank you for your lovely comments. I think next time though I'll choose my paper first and colour in to suit, not the other way around - it took me ages to find papers I was happy with!

Those were done with Derwent Watercolour pencils - straight from the pencil onto a waterbrush (apart from a couple of accents directly onto the paper).

I do have some Derwent Studio pencils which are supposed to work the same as the Prisma ones, but I haven't really had a proper play yet, so I'll let you know. I'll probably try and get some Prisma ones as well anyway
