Madaboutcards used to have downloads in their card ideas section, havent had a look for ages though, as I cant print off as printer only does B & W at the moment. Also I think if you sign up for their newsletter, they send you a link for some more.

You could always try making/printing some of your own. Small Christmassy rubber stamps can be very effective, and there some things (such as repeated Christmas greeting in different fonts/colours) that you can print off without using too much ink. And some Christmas wrapping papers make lovely background paper too, and you can co-ordinate your cards, wrapping and gift tags with very little effort.
