In order to change from Portrait to landscape Sandy quoted this in another thread
To cut in Landscape mode, you need to go to Cut>Plotting Defaults and check the box next to Axis Swap. Then click on Save Default and OK. Also, if you check the box next to Page (instead of Sign Blank), it will move your objects to the Origin for cutting rather than where you have them on the Sign Blank. Practice with these settings until you fully understand how they work
The later on in the thread she said this
When you check Axis Swap in Cut>Plotting Defaults then make sure you click on Save Defaults before you click on OK or your change will be lost. This has always annoyed me, but CADLink hasn't changed it yet, so we users have to remember to do that EVERY time. Once you have Axis Swap turned on, then your image will be cut landscape, like you're used to seeing in RM... but note that it will be along the right side, not the left if you have your image near the bottom of your Sign Blank.

Did it cut Landscape Stressed? Loads of us are having trouble with that and Sandy is trying to work out what we are doing wrong

sorry no i havnt cut anything i am really busy at the moment, i just like to work in landscape so when i had a very quick play yesterday i just set my page orientation and did a welded word.
but as ive just posted in another thread i am wondering why on earth i bought this software, i can see it it very easy for simple welding of words and making inlays and outlays but have to say i think for all other things i will stick with inkscape.
but i am waiting for someone to convince me that i have not just £37.00

You have no idea how amazing this program is for the price you paid! It's stunning to me that you guys are buying it this cheap!

I agree Sandy, the designing aspect seems to be fantastic, if I could only cut the damned things I have designed. I like to work in landscape also as all tuts for cr use this.
Can't export the files you have saved to robomaster that does cut where you want it to and that is my only gripe.
IF we can't get it to cut right on the cr then yes,, we have wasted £37.

I think it will be well worth the money when I have worked out what I am doing. Just lack of help menu in the programme is a bit frustrating esp as laptop is not connected for internet . I am printing off reams of stuff from main pc to try and refer to later
But would still like to know about line settings LOL

Yes - that's how it works - a little long winded unfortunately, because we are used to Robo cutting both types in one go in Robomaster !
A tip - cut your pounced lines first - cutting the solid outlines first may cause your template to bounce around unless your carrier is really sticky - don't ask me how I know!!
