question - why wont robo see the pink head?

I hope someone with brains can help - all of a sudden, and i mean sudden, robo wont see or remember the pink head. I have always had to "add media" to get it to give me the option of choosing the pink head, but now it wont remember that "new media" option, whereas before it saved it and I could select that option from the dropdown list. Anyone any ideas? I have deinstalled and then reinstalled the software, but to no avail. Have I done something to change this without realising?

hes never remebered red cap for me i wonder what im not doing.

mine has never had the option of showing a pink cap, only yellow, but it doesnt seem to have ever effected anything, i still use the pink one (practically all the time).

Mine did that the other day. One min it was there (I was using it most of the time) the next min it was gone (on holiday perhaps?)

So I added a new one called red cap and made the settings cut to 30 and its been fine ever since.

I never bothered to with new media options as it never seemed to remember it and was a bit tempermental.

Guess its a bug in the software
