It has been a pleasure to pass on something useful for once. lol. The 7 Gypsies ones have a black spine and plain chipboard front and back covers so can be altered to suit indivual tastes. I plan to wait until I have my 6 full and then to cover them all to match but I will be interested to see if anyone here does it first so if you do switch to these albums and cover them please will you post a picture.

This 7 Gypsies idea gets even better as I read on.
Being able to decorate a plain chipboard album cover without all the faffing of making it from scratch is a great idea... and a relief!
I was contemplating trying an A4, but I think this is definitely the way to go.
Thank you.

lovin life and scrapping it.
The problem I have is started using double sided papers then stopped using top loading albums and went for cm ones and have now found that I have pages using both sides that i can put in my cm album what a bummer so mine are all mixed up at the moment
do like the idea of that ring binder album though will have to take a look and would normal filler sheets fit it I have tons of those..

If it's not pink then it's not worth having!
Mine are themed too - Ive got:
Early days me
Me - easy to order chronologically now
Travel - again this is all in order
Family - any old order
Nan & Gramps - any old order
Mum - any old order
I think thats it!!! I love most things to be in chrono order as its nice to see progression

I just bought one of the American Carfts Modern D ring albums from Artbase this week. I'm not sure where to get the 7 Gypsies ones.

I buy mine locally but I think Julie at www.scrapbookingcastle.co.uk sells them as I am almost sure it was her who offered to get me one once when I was having a problem locally. Worth a try.

I had a quick look at her site and I can only see the 6x6 but apart from the size they look exactly the same as my 12x12 so it will give you an idea and she may be able to order the big ones.
