I was filling out my form and wanted some codes for exchanges and thought I would call to speak to Paula and see if she had a proof catalogue or something she could help with.

I got better than that I was the first caller to the Customer Service Centre!!!!!!!

Yup its up and running and they have the catty in front of them and with a bit of help from me I managed to talk through getting codes for what I wanted to exchange to!!!

I spoke to a very nice CHAP who was born in Kent and raised in Germany whose English was absolutely fab so no language problems at all!
