    Hope it's ok to post this here but Andrea has made a fabulous Christmas card using scraps here.

    I need to get my girlie wirlies sorted but will pop back as I am just getting into card making and would love to join you girls

    Hopefully beginners are ok to join in as your cards all look so fabbie.

    Here are a couple of cards I made yesterday. The shadowbox one I really enjoyed making and the traditional poinsettia card is for my local village show this weekend, they have lots of different handicraft classes to enter, card is photographed on a matching box paper-pricked with the same design as the card!

    I embossed an acetate jacket with the cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder, then coloured the snowflakes using a white Pilot Permanent ink pen and then lined with blue card. I used a silver peel off greeting.

    This is really effective - not sure i'd have the patience to pick out the embossing .. but what a stunning card !
