near to smashing up robo

i am nearly at the point where i want tyo smash poor robo up
i want to do a print and cut i have checked my reg marks loaded the image in robo from the source cd selected it >get outline >push the threshold slider to the end >get outside frame only > get outline and it just hangs and does not go any further please help
i have closed down everything and rebooted my computer and it still the same

Try moving the image onto your C Drive rather than read it from a CD - it may be that it's having problems reading it from the disc

If i understand you correctly you have inserted a jpeg into robo and traced the outline then when you go to paste and exit it hangs... this may be because of the file size.
try doing this way.........
open a blank page in robo then click get outline and from open your jpeg from there.. file ,load image. when you paste and exit you will just get an out line, so now (still in robo) go to insert file and load your picture, now just match the two images up using the properties (right click on your selected image) to get both images the exact same size.
