I have to do a large (A5 so everyone can sign it) card to take in to work tomorrow, and I've lost my mojo, somewhere on the A1 / M18 junction while I was making a 200 mile round trip this evening! What I really want to do is have a large glass of wine and go to bed, but what I need to do is come up with an idea and make a suitable card! Any ideas welcome.
I'm off to ferret around in my embellies box to see if anything comes to mind!
Oh bless your heart - I've got no real ideas just a lot of sympathy and support! There's nothing worse than having to craft when you're really not in the mood.
The last leaving card I made was a big bunch of flowers with "We'll miss you a whole bunch" on it - very cheesy but she seemed to like it.
Here we are! I'd already thought of the first one, but it didn't really turn out how I wanted, probably because I was feeling lacklustre, so it's a lacklustre card LOL!
The second one was your inspiration, took no time and looks much better! This way the manager will have a choice, too.
I really like the second one. I'm always stuck for ideas for leaving cards and new home ones. I think you done really well to come up with that so quickly.
I'm glad to have been of some help! There's nothing worse than being up against a deadline and having to do a card when all you want to do is go to bed!! I seem to be in this situation a lot as I leave everything until the last minute!
