Oh... was going to say that I have now sorted my room too - moved to upstairs bedroom.... kept it pale blue as it was that colour before, and much easier and quicker just to give 1 quick coat of paint over top then change it altogether....... here is the link to thread with piccies..............

thanks Katie, It's not that tidy now, especially as I've been doing the CC this weekend end.

Did you notice the kit on the table

Thanks for the lovely comments, Most of the storage is really cheap items you find around the home or in the casulty dept in good old ikea.

I am dribbling at everyones beautiful spaces. I scrap on my desk in our study/second bedroom/computer room/working space. My DH and I have decided that when we're rich and famous, we're going to have a dual study. One end will be filled with widgets and gadgets and his gear, and the other end will be full of my stuff - in the middle will be a big working table, so that I don't have to heft sewing machines and overlockers all the time when I want them. I scrap in here but I sew on the kitchen table as my desk isn't deep enough! My study is currently a mess..(aint it always) so I am going away to tidy up until I feel better!!

eta - you can see my scrapping space in my gallery, I scrapped it for the summer competition!

Have to say you have more storage than I have in our spare bedroom!!! I was meant to get my own desk and was thrilled when I did BUT as usual when DH see a space he has to claim it and now I have to keep it clear when HE wants to work from home GRRRRRRR.

yikes!reading this thread I feel envious but inspired! I am trying to save up to sort my little corner out. Have made myself a scarp space savings fund jar. Trouble is knowing where to get the best value for money. Any recommendations girls?

Vicky - if you are near sainsburys, they had some horizontal file holders - which hold 12x12 papers in pretty good - and for 49p in the sale are a bargain. Also, quite a few people have small embellies in the 3 drawer set from poundland.... Are you near an ikea? They have some good ideas for storage boxes as well. THey do a set of 3 pop up bins - in childrens set - did use one for a bin when go to a crop, but realised that they fit into my shelf cubes v nicely - and can store quite a lot in them.....
