I headed up to the only pound store I know of in Manchester in the hope of getting a money tin for my 'earnings' after work tonight, only to discover that in the 2+ months since I've last been in Manchester the 'know' has become 'knew'

Still, that's one less temptation for me buying stash I suppose

Well, as I don't have a fixed budget for stash (depends on my salary, and what else I need to pay for that's not stash related), I figured I need to keep a running total of money available and money spent...... so I've added a line into my signature.....

Just need to train myself to keep it updated now!

ETA: Just off to update it with my "earnings" as well, so I know how far away from getting the A3 printer I've promised myself I am..... that might also inspire me to 'get scrapping' a bit more

thanks girls your vigilance is much appreciated Rebecca I am allowed to spend £25 and have only bought a Pritt stick so far this month. Seem to be making lots of mini things that require hole punching atm (in a bid to use up stash )

Queenie Tree you are doing great - I saw a cropadile somewhere earlier - NOT that I have been visiting sponsors or anything...... , but I already have one, so - am I bovvered??

I'm keeping a running total of money left... and IF I ever lose weight I'll be adding £ earned!

oh thanks Jules I've just blown it though I found a cropadile on HappyScrappers after long, hard and determined searching! I put nothing else into my basket so it was £19.99 inc post (opted for the free postage, 2nd class but heck - I will be punching holes soon!)
