delayed free gift?

Hi i subscribed to scrapbook inspirations in september and i am still awaiting my free gift ( 12x12 neopoliton pad) is there anyone else out there with the same problem and what explanation have they had for the delay ? thanks

This goes on and on. I didn't recieve my gift when I subscribed 16 months ago-was told that gift had run out and I would get something else. When that didn't arive I phoned again,to be told I was never entitled to a gift as I subscribed online and had entered the wrong code. I argued vociferously as I had been promised a gift 3 months before, and eventually they agreed to give me 3 free issues-and that did actually happen,so I settled for that.

Chronic - just read through the other thread, I had the same problem as Kat, when I subbed by direct debit the code apparently was for that not one that included the free gift. I couldn't be bothered arguing - figured I was up against a brick wall. Don't understand why the promo leaflet that I completed for the d/d had a gift picture and description on it when they weren't offering it though!!

I had that too . I go the three free magazines but I would have loved the kit they were supposed to be giving

i have subscribed to si i pay by dd and i received my free gift i would go and argue otherwise the companies get away with it again and again

I had this problem too with S I but they did eventually send me the free gift but only after two phone calls and three months later !

i subbed in sept too for the neopolitan pack and never got it either

They were doing the same sort of thing at the NEC. You could either sub for 3 months for £1 and then pay by DD and get no free gift or make a one off payment including the £1 and get a free gift (choice of minibook, papers stickers etc, some fiskars tearing rulers or some cross stitches depending on which mag you subscribed to)

I subscribed back in september and have only just received my Scrap Pad. I phoned a little while ago to find out where the free gift was and they said that they were going to send them all out in November as they had run out of stock.

i got my gift for october within 2 weeks as it was the chalks. they said in the other thread it was sooo popualr they have had to order more neopolitan kits

I have only just subscribed and I'm supposed to get the K & Co Hannah Pad, makes me wonder whether I'll ever get it!!
