Card Idea help please

have just found out that a friend of ours has had a heart attack, hes ok and i want to send him a card, but need help with the idea.

the only thing i can think of is maybe an apple shaped card but any help would be appreciated please

I cant think of anything as 'quirky' right now, but have a lovely stamp with some vintage cars on it - I could send you some images if that would help?

The image is on the Black card at the bottom of this little lot.
