I use almost always white and use my homemade antistatic bag (cut-up tights with talc in them!). Don't usually have problems with fingerprints.

    That an easy one
95% cream and I keep white for baby or snowy/winter cards.

I always use textured card too.

I mainly use white, plain or textured (my favourite is ribbed white). I tend to use cream for more "old-fashioned" floral type ones, or with gold for weddings etc. Sometimes use black for men's cards, or hot pink for funky ones, but then you have to remember to put an insert it.

The ones I've used least are pastel sets, where I've used one or two colours, and be left with the others.

Actually, I could probably set up a shop with all the card blanks I have, but tend to use the plain ones.

Another question: what size? I tend to use tallish narrowish ones (A5 folded the "other" way rather than DL) as well as A5, and rarely use anything as big as A5. Any views?

I do 1 of two things:

    a) If I happen to have found a very good sale on cardstock (your size A4), then I will design my cards around that colour.

    b) If not, I decide on my focal point
(either its a technique I want to use so which stamp designs I have that will be most conducive to showing it off, along with what supplies I already have

    or

a particular new stamp image I have - again, what supplies I already have that will show it off)

From all of that, I decide what my colour scheme will be, and that determines the base of my car. I rarely use white or cream.

    Hi Eileen
I tend to use mostly A5 but I really love tall slim cards. I can't buy pre-scored tall ones so I have to buy A4 card and cut/fold them myself and even finding nice card for that isn't easy.

I buy most of my card for cardmaking from an non-sponsor, that will cut the card to A5 for me for free. Quite a selection - I can give you details if you pm me.
