Where did you get those stamps from Dawn? (not that I really need to buy any more Christmas stamps - I keep buying them, and have a whole stack I've still not used!)

Addicted to all things ribbon and paper
Those BM papers are just so lush and those stamps (I have not seen those before)
Crafty Princess showed you two of the designs she did for my Design Team - but forgot to say she had also given me the template and instructions they can both be found here
I have also just uploaded some great cards into the September gallery here if you want to have a peep
Take care

Just to answer an earlier question: the mary and child card was a stencil that I designed and cut myself. I'll have to turn it into a craft robo template and post it here!

Thanks Dawn - ordered my hampton arts stamps, and now eagerly await their arrival. They'll do for cards I want to send, and I'm hoping to combine them with my circles die cuts.
Allready cut out loads of stockings (red with white bit at the top) out of suede paper for the boys to do cards for their classmates - just got to think of a suitable background, then I can get the boys making them - has to be simple as they are only 4 & 6, but ds1 made all his school ones last yr when he was 5, and seemed to enjoy it. ds2 even wanted to do some for his nursery friends. The difficult bit was getting them to sign their names!

On a mission to make the world sparkle
Hi everyone,
Fantastic that we have this forum now isn't it?
I have been making Xmas cards to sell all weekend and my favourite new thing is watercolouring with Sakura Stardust pens! Wow it's amazing! I've also been using fusible fibres behind embellishments, lovely and sparkly!

So many ideas, so little time ....
Wow! Some lovely cards examples on this thread - I must be able to find some ideas here!
Kelly - your moon shape card is gorgeous.
245 cards, Theresa B!!!!! And i thought I'd lost it, making more than 100!
Persephone -your cards are great.
CraftyP - those b&w ones are way cool!
Buzzy - the cards in your gallery are sooooooooooooo professional looking! I shall take time to look at them proprley later ....
I'm hoping to get my hands on some of new BM Christmas papers, too. Looks like there'll be a lot of cards out there using their stash!
I've not decided what I'll do this year. I generally make a whole mix of different ones. However, I do have some lovely pix of Christmassy scenes take at a friend's house a couple of years ago. he used to decorate his house from top to toe inside to make money for charity, so has loads of figures, models, train sets, santas etc. I've also some snowy scenes of the view from our kitchen which are quite seasonal, so might make some photos cards. Just with small prints nicely mounted. Photobox! I feel an order coming on!!!!

mad, manic and messy
My local craft shop has some gorgeous new old fashioned Christmas stamps that I NEED There are several with scenes of children with long coats etc - not Victorian tho ( reminds me of my childhood ) pulling sleds, throwing snowballs and skating and also a very classy lady sitting by a tree. Just need DH to let me spend, spend spend!
I have already made some parchment cards and 1 stamped one so they will all be different
