I've just received a parcel from QVC from last week of Christmas card, paper, stickers and rub ons and I can't wait to get going, but first I'm going to spread them out all over the floor and just look at them!!

The last two years I've got the children to paint a mural on lining paper stuck to the wall, then they've dressed up as a nativity scene and I've taken a photo, printed it out 100 times and mounted it with a date / Happy Christmas tag on a card blank. We've done the angel appearing to the shepherds (one angel, two shepherds, one sheep) and the three kings giving gifts to Mary and baby. (I've got three boys and a girl). This year though I'm not sure what we're doing as the eldest is refusing to participate and I've run out of nativity combinations that can be acheived with four children. I know everyone will be gutted though as all our friends and family loved the cards and tell us that it was the only card they kept etc. etc.. Whatever we do it needs to be quick though.

how about this for an alternate crimbo card? It's some photos I did yesterday after putting some marbles in the freezer, had some really good results. Thought I might just add these to cards for something a little different.
