    Die

If it is showing as sold out maybe they are honouring the orders. We can only hope.

if you change the price of a wrongly priced item in a B&M shop then you have to remove it form sale for 24 hours, you can then refuse to honour the previous price, not sure how the law works on interweb shopping tho all i do know is someone willbe a lot more careful when they price goods infuture

Can they legally take out more from a credit card than you have origionaly agreed to pay ???

    I would have hoped not.

Will be interesting to see what happens.

Surely no-one is really surprised you aren't getting it at the - obviously incorrect - price?

How would you feel if it was your own internet shop and you'd made such a wacky error?

i think that is why the withdrawl of sale rules are there sue, altho some sites will honour a price just for goodwill. so they may be lucky. also they cannot take more out of your CC than you have authorised.

To be fair if they send me an e-mail apologising and admitting it was an error I would say "Fair Play". I'm not expecting to get one ... Anyone can make a mistake ... easy thing to do.
