Using Ribbons

Hiya!

I have just been sorting out my ribbons and cannot believe how much I have got!!!

I think I need to start using it a bit more so, what does everyone do with their ribbons??

Post your layouts using ribbon here, and we can use them for inspiration.

I mainly use mine on tins and paint cans lol I Love ribbons

Well, I'm still new to all this scrapping lark, but I've done a bit of ribbon weaving on this beach layout, and used some on a recent card, and some really gorgeous retro flower ribbon for hinges and as an accent here.

I also have lots of ribbon, but I'm scared to waste it lol!

I use ribbons for everything !!

LOs, cards, ATC's, altered cans/tins .. altered notebooks .... I wrap them round slide mounts ... run them up Monograms ... tie them in bows !!

I LOVE RIBBONS !!!!

Can I ask where you bought the stamps from (the ones on the card) as they are gorgeous

Gorgeous - I know! I LOVE them lol. I got them from Lou at Scrapkits (a sponsor). I think a couple of other sponsors are getting them in too - try asking on the Shopping forum.

I use mine on tags..... and LOTS... lol

Also i will mount a photo and staple ribbon to the side of the mount so it sticks out like it would on a tag....

Sometimes across the bottom of the page/photo with a nice ribbon charm on it

Sometimes though ribbons are just for stroking!!!

I was just about to add this - the gallery is brilliant, some really good ideas that I was planning on using up some of my ribbon supply with...
