If its not ready why are they selling them?
nonsense and totally unjustified
Gordon is not selling his spray , i was not able to buy one ,he just gave us all a demonstration at the shop today to our surprise and amazement
so you must believe in free speech and proof before judgement ?

common sense at long last , well done
Why so intense ? - what's it to you if a member on here has a problem - you've claim to have bought the machine and seem to be happy with it so why so angry ?
If you claim to have seen the returned machine how do you know it was the one ? Did you camp in the shop and wait for the postman to walk in with it - or did Gordon just say this is it here ?
Whilst we can all drive to the happy little shop unless Pippa had written her name across the machine produced you can't say you saw her machine.
What you did see was her letter - which is a scandal - for a shop owner to do that - unbelievable.
Right it is my turn now I am the person that has the problems with the machine why the heck would I want my money back and say it would not cut if it worked perfectly and if there are no problems with any other machines why such a song and dance about one machine I have no hidden agenda I do not even know this person and as for customer service I do not call it good to be threatened with him going to see his solicitor and suing me for slander if I say anything more about my problems on this site he has never even spoken to me on the phone all his contact has been by I phone I have spoken to one member of his staff who told me the correct sandwich to use to cut my spellbinder dies and she listened on the phone while I had a try I could not get it to cut and she said she could hear me struggling so come on fair does I have tried
I have just had to tell Jus cuts that he is out of order sending people over here to be rude the members of the forum just because they have an opinion.
I know I shouldn't step in but I don't like bullying
I have emailed MaryAnne as I too find it very distressing that new members seem to be joining just to have a go at pippa
:(

Here here !
I find it very strange - "members" - who only joined whilst the main thread was started seem to be so intense in their support of the shop , the machine and the seller - Chester here actually joined 30/7 - and has only posted on this thread, so the whole rest of the forum - totally ignored . ??
How odd for a crafter ....
As I said in my previous post Louise, it's bullying and intimidation:(
For a business owner to send his customers to this forum, from Facebook, in order to big up his product and try to discredit a long standing member, who has a problem with that product, is outrageous.
All these new 'members' are doing nothing but discrediting him!
