Can't get into the library using V.4.2

I'm locked out of the library I'm using V. 4.2
Of course as I don't usually sign in to Silhouette, I haven't a clue what my password is and I don't seem to be able to get a reminder.
Any ideas????

I think you'd need to contact Silhouette America via their support here https://www.silhouetteamerica.com but they won't be there till Monday Grace. I would make a note of it when you change it because these update fixes seem to create a different problem each time
