My son's birthday is coming up in September and I really had to rack my poor old brain for something suitable. He's keen on tennis so this is the best I can come up with. The base card is Centura Pearl and the raquets and ball are cut from 250gsm plain white card and coloured with pro markers. The font is Times New Roman which I have outlined slightly and made into a stencil font with the aid of the knife tool. Hope it may be of use to someone.
