I'm trying to make a mini album for my DD1's 21st Birthday in April. I did try googling, but am struggling to find a good site, so wonder if anyone has a recommendation for an 'on this date in history' type site please? I'm looking for what was in the news and other kinds of things to compare 'then' with 'now..

I discovered that Facebook was launched today from Mark Zuckerbergs dorm room in 2004
I googled ‘History on this day’ and a lot came up. Ones from long ago and more recent ones. HTHs

I did find sites with 'on this day' as in today, but struggled to find ones that you could input a different date.
