I really need some help. I am using the studio program and up to now have got on really well with it,but today I'm getting the message that it can't connect. It works fine on my laptop but of course the files I want to use are on my desktop pc. Anyone any ideas? Most grateful for any help at all.
Does the machine appear on the Printer list?
Is it connected and switched on?
Yes it's on printer's list and it is plugged in and switched on so no idea what's going on with it. It's worked fine on my laptop but I find it hard using laptop much quicker for me on desktop.

You don't say what version of windows you're running but in Windows 7 if you open the Devices and Printers window, then click with your right mouse button on the Craft Robo icon it should come up with another menu. One of the options on there is Troubleshoot - Microsoft's troubleshooters never used to be much good but I find they're a bit better with Windows 7 so it's worth a try.
