not been on for a long time

Hi folks, especially the ones that remember me.
Lost a lot of motivation when hubby died, and lost interest in crafting and this forum, I only crafted when a request for a card came up.
For weeks I've been going through my crafting stash to get rid of the useless stuff, but, the memories of seeing the off cuts and bits and pieces has awakened my spirit I think.
I've looking through the galleries at what you all have been making, and the cards are so beautiful, I have one or two that I may add, but we'll see.

Welcome back Grace as you say it's been a long time. Glad you've got your mojo back. Lots of people have left and gone to Facebook but we have a few newish members

Doreen..I've had my fill with FB, I don't like broadcasting to the world what I'm doing or had for dinner, or even let the thieves know my house is empty 'cause I'm abroad, not that I've ever been on a plane, anyway, I can see a very big difference in the amount of posting going on, but, at least there are some.

I belong to a few Facebook groups that are Silhouette related and most of the chat is about the software/the machines/showing what we've been making/sharing files etc in fact much like this one Grace

Hello again Grace - yes, I too remember you from a long time ago. It is nice that you feel that you want to craft again after what has happened in your life. Welcome back. I chat with Crafty Sandra and co each day - so if you wanted to ease back into this sort of thing I know you would be very welcome. Or ANY of the other boards come to that. This is such a friendly place to be.

I don't do FB - I am a very private person really and not sure any of my friends want to know that I went to Sainsburys or stuff like that!! And after the recent scandals about peoples personal info being abused I'm glad I'm not on it!
