Do you think I should buy the Program that produced Studio3 - is that the direction everyone is heading?

Studio V3 is an upgrade Petrina but you don't have to pay for it...the only one you need to pay for is the upgrade to the Designer Edition if you want it as it allows you to open SVG's but it still only saves as Studio files. The DE and the free version are the same software but when you buy DE you are given a code to put in (via the help menu) and it unlocks extra features HTH
