portrait not working
Hi
I was about to cut out and set everything up Portrait went through the motions syncing, looked at registration marks, then quickly said cutting busy and ready whilst saying cutting complete.
Only thing different as far as I am aware is windows 10 had a big update about a week ago, could this be it. Cause when I put in usb I got a message about updating usb device and then saying complete.
So annoying spent ages sorting out this card only to find I cant cut out the bits I want.
Any ideas anyone please

If it says cutting complete and the machine hasn't actually done any cutting at all then it normally means you either have no cut lines or the cut lines are turned off.
For example if you imported a jpg image and then tried to cut it without tracing it first, it would do exactly what you describe.

thank you Brian. yes I did miss out clicking the cut lines. Feel a bit silly now.
