Thanks for the lovely comments, Alison.
Your card is stunning, any chance we can see a slightly larger photo, I would love to see it in more detail?
Thanks ladies

Yes that's better Alison.
That blush pink goes so well with the ( milk ) coffee spotty paper.
The little flowers and leaves set it off too. Lovely.

Alison, that is absolutely gorgeous, but you are in SO much trouble... you mentioned Nikki Spencers' - My Sandbox, so of course I had a look on there. I saw this gorgeous paper which I just had to have and have been sitting here ever since trying to find it. Turns out it has been retired, it was 2 years old! There's 2 hours of my life I won't get back!
I will forgive you if you let me know what the Happy Birthday sentiment is please, that will save me another 2 hours searching for it.:D
 sorry Susie !
The happy birthday is a presscut die available at a few places online, happy to help with your die addiction :)
Thanks for your comments too x
You're forgiven. It's a lovely modern font and goes with your card design perfectly.
The paper I fell in love with was one by Stampin' Up called Fresh Prints and it was gorgeous - what a shame they stopped making it.
Loving the cards so far for this month! Blush pink is reigning supreme and nice to see that inspiration has been taken from the non-Christmassy prompt. :D
Amazingly I have got cards made for both prompts today but need to wait until daylight to try and grab some pics. :)
Well, here's my take on the main prompt - wanted to simply replicate the image with a wintry feel and ideally turn it into a Christmas card! :)

Well there are some gorgeous cards here. Love your pink one Alison..and Nat that card is just awesome.
I've been making cards but I can't show them yet as they are for my DT..and won't be shown until Mid December! Lol
I must make some more Christmas cards though.
I thought I'd show you some bottle gift tags I made instead though... They slip over the neck of a bottle and you give them as gifts.
And also a pop up card in the shape of a cracker. I'm thinking of making these as place settings for our Christmas table this year.
I just remembered a couple of cards I made last week too! Doh!
Those are really fab Elaine, I always have plans to make the bottle tags since I end up giving whiskey to my dad and brother every Christmas usually, but for some reason never manage it! Love the Christmas cracker too!
You have been busy Elaine.
Your cards are lovely, as usual. :)
The cracker is a brilliant idea, and the bottle hangers too. Love them....
Nat, your card is so clean and fresh. The image reminds me of
a Protea flower.. lovely

I have put this together, haven't stuck it down yet, wanted to see
what others thought.
I'm not sure, it's not got that ,Wow. It's a bit bland.
You know when you look at something and think " No, that's not right"!
Sooooo, what do you think, please be honest. I won't be offended
Ellie.
Nice combo but I'd mat the blue patterned paper on white card first :D
Thanks for the comments you're too kind
