PSE - Tutorial for making backing papers

This tutorial is for making backing papers - the image having a faded edge - using Photoshop Elements and a free programme called 20/20 (the website is on the tutorial). I am using PSE5 but Lucille has done it with PSE3 so I'm sure it will work in other versions. It may seem long winded at first but you will soon whip through it:lol: I would like to thank Lucille for her assistance in making this tutorial :) I hope you find it usefull. You will be able to create all your own backing papers in any design you like. Just unzip and enjoy!
