Recommend an online photography course?

Hi! Firstly it's a long, looong time since I've popped in here. Things seem to have grown exponentially and I've searched for the correct forum and/or thread but can find nothing so apologies in advance if I'm breaking sponsor rules or shoved this in the wrong place!

Anyhoo, my kid is about to turn 15 and has asked for a camera for her birthday. I was looking for a "Painting with Light" style online course for her but Cheryl Johnson doesn't seem to do her workshops anymore. Can anyone recommend one for us? Nothing *too* technical - more a general artistic/composition type thing.

It's lovely to be back so "hi" *waves* to anyone who remembers me (though I'll not hold my breath :P) and I might stick around. I actually ordered new supplies yesterday - my first in around 5 years. And TIA for any help you can offer (and again, sorry if I'm treading on toes!)
