fabulous gingerbread house Karen, how lovely
Just been riding and they had a super wreath on the door, the daughter had made it at home very easily apparently, jsut bent a pine frond round, not even using a wire ring. I took a quick photo to show you, Here it is. I cant seem to get it round the right way, but i am sure you get the idea!

That wreath is lovely, and so simple to do.

Stretch a rubber band around a cylindrical vase, then stick in candy canes until you can't see the vase. Tie a silky red ribbon to hide the rubber band. Fill with red and white roses or carnations. Good hostess gift.
Ooo another great idea, thank you.

Here's a great idea for using up paper scraps. I know all your cards are done by now, but don't forget to join in Beat the Christmas Rush starting January 25th :D

Here's what's been keeping me busy for the last couple of weeks! The pattern is a Paige Taylor Evans cut file available from the Silhouette Design store.

Some terrific ideas there Sue! Is that a cross-stitch 12x12 LO? Very attractive.
Must refer to this thread for next year. I covered some glass dishes using decoupage paper and glue. I plan to pop some oasis in and some flowers & greenery, and put on the table. Or maybe a tealight. I think we all have some of these tucked away ... and even small children can tear wrapping paper or napkins and glue the pieces on - it's dead easy and lots of fun.
