*please can you only ask for one group to begin with so that lots of peeps get a chance to join...if it looks like theres only a few interested then you can join another group as well..is that ok??
*please spend approx £5 on your goodies ,divide equally into 10 bags and post to me
*enclose a address label and 2 first class stamps for posting back
*you will recieve back 1 bag of your own and 1 from each person in your group

I think I havent really made my self clear... for example..
in group 1 its either orange or yellow....
and you can choose say to put a mix of ie..brads and eyelets or just brads or just eyelets...
same goes for ribbons & fibres ,and die cuts/paper embellies...

As far as I can see you are only in the black and white group, so what you will get back will all be black and white. You would only get orange items if you additionally signed up for the yellow and orange group.

if you have a lok at my post..message ..on the first page of this swap it gives a list of the items included in the swap...what doesnt have someones name next to it is still available...
this is a group swap,so its different to if you have something and you want to swap it with an individual for something in return...in this you send off say..100 white brads ..in bags ..10 in each..then you get one of those bags back and a bag each of what everyone else in your group has sent me..

i think thats kind of how to understand it...

if you want to join thats ok..we were all new to begin with and this is a good way to make friends and build up your stash...but it does need a little commitment from you..ie ,if you 'sign up' to a group swap like this you need to follow the guidelines and requests set by the host(thats me)..ie,posted by deadline..in seperate bags etc...

welcome to the swap...i have put you on the list for yellow brads/eyelets...you can send a mixture of the 2 or just one or the other..to a cost of approx £5...split this equally into 10 bags...put your UKS name on each bag(makes job easier for me ..esp with a tot who likes to help!!!)..put them all in one of those jiffy envelopes along with aaddress label of your address (I do mine on the pc & print off)..and enough stamps for the post back to you...this might be a little more than what you are paying to send yours as brads/eyelets are pretty light...and pop inthe post to me..I shall be sending my addy by pm to every one in due course..then when Ive recieved all your groups goodies i shall share them out n send them back to you using the envelope you sent them to me in!!

I think so many new swaps went up within a few days most people have signed up for what they wanted so I think Ive spread the word in my team,on the Lurve thread and in general scrapping and I think if others had wanted to join then they would have by now...

Its great to see that for some this is their first swap and its a great way for a new comer to UKS to 'get to know' other members..in a smaller group...

if you havent got any small resealable bags then just some sandwich bags or even some small envelopes ..or just sort of make an envelope with some printer paper...as long as you put your uKS name on them I will know where/who they are from...
please remeber to include an address label for me to attach for the return trip and stamps too..

Can beat you both I posted a 12" x 12" Pizza Bax to RozRoz in Scotland Wednedsay last week and then another smaller parcel on the friday the 2nd one got there Saturday and the 1st this wednesday Both posted 1st Class.

I mailed the seller AGAIN yesterday and they have assured me that they were posted on Friday. But I find it really hard to believe that two lots of the same things could go missing in the post in a space of 2 weeks! If they are not here today then I'll just have to look for something else. marie ...a variety of sizzix die cuts will be just great...Im sure theres plenty of people in the swap who dont have a die cutter of some sort...and with the dies being white they wil be easy to ink/chalk etc...and if they are the sort of dies that go well on LO even better..ie,envelopes,file folders,buckles etc..etc..

I don't think I look old enough to be your Mum - and I certainly don't act old!! Well not really. I can always blame memory loss on all those goodies I'm still finding from NEC - no wonder the purse was empty!!

Ali disaster has struck i've broke my sissix machine so will have to get a replacement maybe a big shot :lol: so may be delayed posting until monday.

ooooch...Val,hope you get sorted,an new toy to play with..lucky you..if its going to be a problem tho..you can always send me the card and I can do some on my machine...well,its Mums machine and we by the dies between us ...but the machine lives at mine at the mo...
