Looking for OH family

Hi

My OH was adopted - his father had moved to Wales, and I tracked them down via BT. His father had died many years ago, but plenty in the family. I phoned them again last week, and they have moved - now I can't seem to find them - I have phoned all same surnames in the area but no luck.

I have full name of father and last known addy. How do I go about it - any ideas?? Pref free lol.

Have you googled him, or the address? Might find the new people, might just have a new telephone number (switched supplier?), I'm racking my brains here!!!
