Who Do you think you are? - Software

DH came home yesterday from Tesco's, he's bought the "Who do you think you are?" Family Tree Maker - Software pack it was only £4.96.

It has the complete Family Tree Maker 2005 on the cd and a 30 day free trial to Ancestry.co.uk, I was gobsmacked as mine cost so much more last year. There are also video clips and other material from the show.

Exactly, I paid for the upgrade last year and it cost me a bomb. I couldn't believe it when DH came home with the cd. I installed it on Friday and it is the same software, fab value.

I ordered mine from play.com and it was £7.99 and I thought that was good!Just decding wether to do the free 30 day trial with Ancestory.

Go for the free trial...it will help you so much...and at their discount rate (about £24.00 last year) it is only a couple of £s a month.

I've just registered, got a month free from the family Tree Maker, I'm so tepted to start right now but need to get a card made for tomorrow :unsure: will get cracking so I might have time before Prison Break comes on TV :lol:

Wow that's cheap :) I paid a fortune for my upgrade too! It's such a good program though .. I really like it.

I like the ancestry site too .. I went for the free trial but ended up keeping it on and have more than got my money's worth out of it.
